SXSW 2017 Quick Review: Win It All
Writer/Director Joe Swanberg continues his string of consistently accessible and likable films. Jake Johnson plays a schlub with no focus and no luck who finds himself in a compromising situation: a bunch of cash and no accountability. It's a story that has a lot of heart but ends just about exactly as you'd expect. But that's fine because there are laughs-a-plenty from a seasoned comedic cast and enough drama to pull you along through the highs and lows. Catch it on Netflix soon.-Kyle Cates
