Join us for the debut screening of the three film poems completely shot on analog Super 8 cameras & film, hand developed, spliced, and edited with voice over poetry spoken, written, and directed by the children themselves.

The event will feature special panelists & guest speakers: Andrew Hairston, Joe Anderson, Natosha Daniels, G. E. Loveles Free & family friendly!

We'd like to invite you to the Austin Metro Drug-Free Coalition Media Project's second FAMILY MOVIE NIGHT!

With our community partner Alamo Drafthouse, Austin School of Film will host an afternoon of work created by youth campers in our 2019 Summer Film & Creative Media camps. The screening will include a special Q&A with the campers, where attendees can ask the students directly about their media projects, experiences, and films.

For nearly twenty years, Austin School of Film has been teaching Central Texas youth the craft of filmmaking and animation in our award-winning youth programs + camps. This year is no different! With our community partner Alamo Drafthouse Austin, ASoF will be hosting a screening and q&a with all summer youth students who partake in our 2018 summer camps.
