Our bi-annual student screening showcase, officially set for December 5 and 12 at Hyperreal Film Club.
Submissions happen in two steps.
Step One is open early so you can lock in your spot now, and you still have plenty of time to keep working on and editing your films.

A short form confirming that you plan to participate in the Film & Friends screening showcases. This is how we build the screening cohort and plan the two nights.
How to fill it out

- Fill in all the information to the best of your ability. Your film doesn't need to be finished yet.
- Hit submit.
Film Submission

Submit your finished film and the details we need for the program. The Step Two form link will be posted here when it opens on November 25.
Open to students who completed a film in 2025/2026 in one of these courses.

Two nights at Hyperreal Film Club.
Each night brings 10–15 short films from Austin School of Film students, followed by a Q&A with the filmmakers. Lineups will be announced after submissions close.
