Four free afternoons with nine working artists. Two hands-on workshops and two panels: 16mm tactile filmmaking, directing across mediums, building a career as a DP, and sustaining an independent practice. No cost, no prerequisites.

Narrative Filmmaking Intensive.
Wednesdays, Sep 9 – Nov 11 · plus 2 labs · 6:30–9:30pm
Ten weeks of directing with William F. Reed, capped at six students. Everyone writes, directs, and produces their own 5 to 10 minute short, with a $150 production stipend, three months of Cinemaker studio access, and gear rentals included. Films premiere at Film & Friends in Spring 2027.
