"This is certainly a paid position, but if you can give me some ideas about what you've done, either like these documentaries or otherwise, and what you'd like to be paid, that would be helpful. Compensation will depend on your experience, talent, capabilities, willingness to put your heart and guts into this, and most importantly, what the final output looks and feels like.

Compared to other types of filmmaking, this has to be one of the easiest, but editing goes a long long way to making the customer happy. And, for sure, the customer MUST be happy."
