Project Description:

A young woman has always dreamed of being a mother and, during the hottest December in human history, discovers that she is pregnant. As she witnesses the detrimental effects of climate change, she contemplates her situation and the decision of motherhood.

Roles Available:

CAMILLE: Lead, female, mid-twenties to mid-thirties. Pensive and overwhelmed by her situation. She has few lines but a lot of time on screen.

HUSBAND: Camille's partner, male. Mid-twenties to mid-thirties. Supportive of Camille.

WOMAN #1: early-mid twenties, female. 3-4 short lines conversing with Woman #2.

WOMAN #2: early-mid twenties, female. 3-4 short lines conversing with Woman #1.

CHILD: 4-10 years old. Any gender. No speaking part. Short role in Camille's daydream.
