Logline: A loving grandmother does the unthinkable to protect her grandson from his worst nightmare.
Location : Austin, Texas
Intended distribution: Internet, social media, festival submission
Compensation: IMDB credit, small stipend
Actors will be responsible for their own hair, makeup and wardrobe.
Small stipend, to be paid upon completion of filming.

1. Leigh (L): Female. 50-60 yo. African American, Caucasian, or Biracial. Tough demeanor. Speaks with a raspy voice, but is gentle with her grandson, until he acts up.

2. Rocky (L): Male. 9 to 10 yo. Biracial, Caucasian, or African American. Precocious, funny, and talkative. Good student. Loves school. Must be able to cry and show emotion. Wears school uniform.

3. Coach Walters (S): Male. 30 to 40 yo. African American or Caucasian. Balding with a receding hairline. Wears jogging pants and jacket.

4. Rebecca: Female (S). 27-30 yo. African American or Caucasian. Hair pulled back into ponytail. Looks run down - on drugs. Needle marks on arm blk rings around eyes. Wears wrinkled clothes.

5. Anthony (S): Male. 30 to 35 yo. African American or Caucasian. Dirty-looking hair. Scruffy facial hair. Drug addict who fidgets. Coughs, clears his throat, and sniffles often. Wears wrinkled clothes
