CAST CALL: Title-TBD Short Horror Film

Synopsis:  When the sleep paralysis nightmares enter reality, Addy must grow up and face her fears on her own. The students of Austin School of Film's youth digital filmmaking class (under the advisement of Carrie Cates) are looking to cast the following parts for their upcoming horror short film.  Don't get the wrong idea, while these students are high school aged, they are being trained to work as a professional film crew:

Addy - 18-22, college student, introvert, dealing with night and now real terrors. (2-3 partial days on set)

Mom - early 50s, loud with a bold presence. (one partial day on set)

Doctor - Male or female  Must be old enough to be a believable doctor.  (1 partial day on set)

Teacher - 30s+, male or female.

Extras - college aged (18+, or can pass as 18+), available to be on set in the evening of May 24th

All filming will be done on location in and around Austin, TX.  While parts are unpaid, time commitment is very low, and digital copy and an invite to the cast and crew preview will be included.
