★ Pick your schedule
Tell us what actually works for you. We would rather have you on shifts that are meaningful and useful to your own practice than have you filling a slot that does not fit.
Everyone starts from a blank schedule. Your current days and windows do not carry over. Pick what works for you now, not what you have been doing. If your old schedule still fits, check those same boxes again and we will keep you there where we can.

★ Studio support
The Cinemaker floor at the Canopy. You open or close the space, check members in, keep the gear cage straight, and help people find what they need. Between bookings you work on special projects with Sharon. Weekends add classes on top of studios, so the floor is busier and you are helping students find rooms as well as members.
★ Teaching assistant
You sit in on a class as extra hands for the educator on site. Setting up the room and the gear, helping students who get stuck, resetting between sessions. You are not teaching and you are not expected to know the material. It is the closest thing we have to taking a class by working it, and it is how several people here ended up teaching one.
How do you want your week?
Same ten hours either way. This is about whether you would rather come in once and stay, or twice for shorter stretches.
Now pick your shift
Shifts fill as people submit, so what you see is what is actually open right now.
Which are you most interested in doing?
Every shift has a bit of each. Tell us where you want the weight to fall and we will build your shift around it.
Anything we should know about your schedule? Classes, day job, travel, anything that shifts month to month.

★ What you want to work on
What are you most interested in for the next three months? Check all that apply.
Is there a specific class, project, or skill you want to get into? Be specific, we will try to make it happen.
What did you not get enough of in your first six months?

★ Senior role
Returning participants can take on a senior role, pairing with someone new in the incoming cohort. Everyone still gets full staff training. Your part is the informal side: where things live, how check-in actually goes, what the unwritten norms are, being the person they can text. This is optional and we confirm placements individually, so saying yes is not a guarantee and saying no does not affect your renewal.
