This course will be held at the Austin School of Film in our iMac computer lab, with all materials, equipment, software, and computers provided for the duration of the class.
HOW CAN I START A PAYMENT PLAN?
Anyone is eligible for a payment plan for any class if they need it! Email us to get started on a payment plan at classes@austinfilmschool.org. We require 25% of the tuition cost at registration and can divide the remaining balance in up to 2 additional equal payments.
ABOUT THE EDUCATOR
Jeanne Stern is an animator, artist and filmmaker based in Austin, Texas. Her work has screened at a variety of festivals and galleries around the globe including: PBS, The Smithsonian, South by Southwest, the Student Academy Awards, and Heather Henson's traveling Puppet Film Festival. She holds an MFA in Film from the University of Texas and a BA in Studio Art from Connecticut College. She is a Visiting Professor of Animation at St. Edward's University, and an educator at the Austin School of Film. She has been teaching both youth and adults for the past 10+ years, including teaching for the University of Texas in Portugal. She has worked as a freelance animator for 13+ years, including 10 years for the educational video company BimBam, and for numerous documentary, commercial, artistic, and educational projects.

Individuals who are brand new to Photoshop
Basic users looking to fill in gaps in their knowledge
Pre-requisites:
None necessary; beginners welcome
Students must be at least 16 years old to take this class
