The Reproductive Justice Awards are a time for The Lilith Fund for Reproductive Equity's friends and supporters to gather and celebrate. Each year, we look forward to lifting up the inspiring activists and organizations we work in solidarity with to build a more just Texas. This year, we’ll be exploring and celebrating "The Power of Stories" with a night of community and art.

With our community partner Alamo Drafthouse, Austin School of Film will host an afternoon of work created by youth campers in our 2019 Summer Film & Creative Media camps. The screening will include a special Q&A with the campers, where attendees can ask the students directly about their media projects, experiences, and films.
Essentials Creative will lead a portrait/collage workshop using techniques from their previous installations. Guests will learn about the pre-production, production, and post-production process. This includes using reference images, styling, modeling, printing, and collaging their own expressive portraiture.

Southwest Synth Fest is a brand new annual synthesizer event happening on June 15th, 2019, focusing on creating community and education among synthesizer manufacturers, enthusiasts, and artists. In 2019, Southwest Synth Fest will feature a full day of activities and performances - with a goal of growing to meet the demands of the regional and global enthusiasm for synthesizers and synth based art and performances. Daytime activities include a synth kit building workshop, talks by synth experts, and a gear expo where manufacturers and attendees can showcase systems, learn about new technology, and connect with other members of the synthesizer community.
