PRODUCTION LAB
Steve Connor

JUNE 10 - 24 // SUNDAYS 12:00PM-5:00PM
The Austin School of Film is pleased to announce our new Production Lab, provided to give students the opportunity to participate in – with instruction – each major step of a video-based film production workflow. A project plan will be provided by ASoF faculty, as well as hands-on assistance and direction. 15 hours total of assisted lab time is required, divided equally between camera work, editing, and post-production phases of the process.
Students will work together on a complete project – from location shooting (5 hours), to editing footage in Premiere (5 hours), to After Effects titles, credits, color adjusting, effects, rendering, and vimeo/youtube upload (5 hours). Additionally, students will have access to non-instructional time on school workstations to further develop the project.
