Its ease of access and affordable nature allows for a true democratization of media by allowing every filmmaker to retain aesthetic control over the creation of their art.

Some claim that Super 8 is obsolete. We affirm that this tiny format thrives at the center of the twin axes of celluloid and video technology. It combines the ergonomic friendliness of a camcorder with the mysteries inherent to celluloid.
